Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing tools, fostering a welcoming online space for clients.

• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities to facilitate individual treatments that align with best practices in mental health care.

• Craft and maintain effective, individualized treatment plans that address client needs, preferences, and personal goals.

• Guide clients in developing insights regarding their emotional experiences, relationships, and mental health, utilizing reflective listening and therapeutic techniques.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans based on continuous assessment and evolving client needs, helping clients develop healthy coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily include stable, low-acuity adults presenting various mental health concerns. Your work will play a pivotal role in assisting these individuals in developing effective skills and strategies to enhance their overall quality of life. By leveraging your expertise, you will empower clients to achieve deeper self-awareness and lasting positive change.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Note: Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• No history of disciplinary actions against licensure.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills characterized by empathy and an understanding nature.
\n
• Strong proficiency in technology and digital communication tools relevant to mental health practice.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing direct mental health services is preferred. Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with teletherapy practices is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Insight Therapy Inc. offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a sign-on bonus, you will receive the following benefits:
