Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through evaluation sessions, using evidence-based practices to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with clients' goals and needs, utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.

• Provide regular therapy sessions for individuals and groups to guide clients through insecurity, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to monitor progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring that clients have the tools and skills required to navigate life's challenges.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and make appropriate referrals for additional support when needed.

• Document all client interactions and treatment protocols in our EHR system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients grappling with various mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse disorders, and eating disorders. You will employ culturally responsive therapeutic approaches to engage effectively with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that each individual feels respected and understood throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of mental health disorders and effective intervention techniques.

• Proven expertise in delivering individual and group therapy sessions through culturally appropriate practices.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the ability to assess and respond to urgent situations calmly and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
