Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, integrating both traditional and alternative therapeutic approaches tailored to the individual client.

• Provide a mix of counseling sessions via telehealth and face-to-face meetings, ensuring accessibility and support to individuals, couples, families, or groups as needed.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies to enhance therapeutic efficacy.

• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health treatments and incorporate relevant findings into your practice.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to confidentiality standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling services cater to a diverse patient population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management issues. We also offer specialized support for cancer patients dealing with psychosocial challenges related to their diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Our counselors work closely with both patients and caregivers to provide educational resources and therapeutic interventions, ensuring a supportive environment throughout the treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) recognized by state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
