Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Provide one-on-one counseling services through secure video chat platforms, ensuring a comfortable and confidential environment for clients.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify and assess a wide range of emotional and mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, grief, and stress-related conditions.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based strategies and a solution-focused approach, drawing from your clinical experience and expertise.

• Assist clients in developing healthier coping mechanisms and life skills to manage their conditions effectively.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to their treatment as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with emotionally struggling adults who have been carefully screened to ensure that they fall within low acuity levels, allowing for productive therapeutic interactions. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• One of the following independent licenses: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW (Note: Limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted).

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for remote counseling, including familiarity with video chat platforms and electronic health record systems.
