Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, promoting resilience and recovery through tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience with teletherapy and an understanding of the unique dynamics of conducting therapy in a virtual environment are beneficial. Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
