Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring ethical treatment practices are upheld at all times.

• Utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies to effectively address client concerns and facilitate mental health improvements.

• Creating personalized treatment plans that accurately reflect the diverse needs of your clients, focusing on achievable goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who present a range of mental health challenges. Your role involves building a trusting relationship with clients as you guide them toward improving their quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will provide invaluable support as clients navigate their personal journeys to mental health stability and growth.

Qualifications\n

To be a successful candidate, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, independent licensure to practice as a mental health counselor in your state. Acceptable licenses include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
\n
\n
• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and understanding approach to client care.

• Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate telehealth platforms and software.
\n
• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capability to facilitate video counseling sessions, alongside a stable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, we value professionals who can demonstrate their competence in a therapeutic setting. Experience working with similar client populations and familiarity with solution-focused treatment modalities are highly desirable. Candidates that have a robust understanding of clinical documentation and ethics will thrive in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and hours worked. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
