Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, and developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others, to address a wide range of mental health issues.
\n
• Collaboration is key in our practice; therefore, you will work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
\n
• Offering crisis intervention services and support to clients in acute distress or emergency situations, utilizing your clinical expertise to stabilize and guide them towards appropriate resources.
\n
• Participating in community outreach programs aimed at increasing mental health awareness, education, and reducing stigma associated with mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health theory and practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients effectively.
\n
• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with clients from various backgrounds, recognizing and respecting their individual experiences.

• Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and case notes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

• Previous experience in community mental health settings or outpatient services, with a demonstrable record of treating diverse client populations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms that facilitate remote therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
