Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals aged 18 and older who are grappling with substance use disorders. This may include a diverse spectrum of issues related to alcohol, prescription drugs, and illicit substances. You will encounter a variety of clinical presentations, enabling you to utilize your skills in both group and individual therapy settings. Your empathetic, non-judgmental approach is critical in building trust and rapport with clients, which is essential for effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State.

• Demonstrated experience (minimum of 2 years) in providing individual and group therapy in settings focused on addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 - 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional incentives such as performance bonuses are available.
