Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, incorporating various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness techniques.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor their progress towards these objectives.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to enhance accessibility for clients facing barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay informed about industry advancements and enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trusting relationships with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic approach and a strong commitment to a non-judgmental practice.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, essential for balancing responsibilities and maintaining client schedules.

Preferred Experience\n
