Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at New Era Family Behavioral Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based tools to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to empower clients, encouraging them to foster resilience and achieve their mental health goals.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality and protection of patient information.

• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health practitioners to provide an integrated approach to care.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance therapeutic strategies and ensure the highest standards of care.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Staying updated on the latest developments in the field of mental health and integrating these insights into your therapeutic practice, ensuring the effectiveness of your interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other mental health challenges. Our clients range from children to adults and families, each presenting unique stories requiring individualized care and attention. You will develop meaningful, therapeutic relationships that significantly contribute to their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure to practice as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts, demonstrating your professional qualifications.
