Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individualized treatment plans aligned with each client's needs and goals.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and, where applicable, facilitate family, marriage, and/or group counseling sessions, drawing from your specific area of expertise.

• Administer mental health screenings and evaluations to accurately gauge treatment needs and devise effective intervention strategies.
\n
• Document sessions and client progress meticulously in accordance with best practices while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient cases and collaborate on complex treatment plans.
\n
• Stay updated on emerging practices and advancements within mental health to continuously enhance service delivery.
\n
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned, contributing to the operational efficiency of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse individuals across different age groups facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and those with co-occurring disorders. As a therapist, you will play a critical role in fostering positive change and resilience in their lives, helping them navigate complex emotional landscapes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field is required, with licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Proficiency in counseling theories, techniques, and evidence-based practices is crucial for effective client care.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients and their families.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic caseload while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health counseling, including work with individuals facing various behavioral health challenges.

• Experience in group therapy, including substance abuse treatment and co-occurring disorders, will be considered advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually .
