Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and culturally sensitive mental health assessments that evaluate clients' unique experiences and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Design and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that respect and incorporate individual cultural backgrounds and personal histories.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, promoting resilience, coping strategies, and overall mental well-being.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services and emotional support during urgent mental health situations, ensuring safety and stability for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required, we value additional experience working in community mental health settings, crisis intervention, and ongoing patient education. Familiarity with culturally responsive care practices will greatly enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
