Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via video conferencing platforms.

• Utilizing solution-based treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs to facilitate positive outcomes.
\n
• Developing comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, taking into consideration the unique backgrounds and challenges of each client.

• Helping clients gain deep insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships to foster personal growth and healing.

• Monitoring client progress throughout their treatment plans, adjusting strategies as needed, and assisting them in developing healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health needs. By providing a supportive and understanding therapeutic environment, you will be instrumental in assisting clients in developing the necessary skills to improve their quality of life and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Current licensure to practice independently as either:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
\n
\n
• No limited or provisional licenses, and a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a empathetic approach to therapy.
\n
• Strong computer literacy, comfortable with digital platforms and remote working tools.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

We seek individuals with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, showcasing a proven ability to engage clients in an effective and therapeutic manner. Experience working with diverse populations or specific methodologies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Helping Hands Counseling, we value our employees and offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, we provide a significant sign-on bonus, a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, and weekly direct deposit for salary payments.
