Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized psychological evaluations and personal interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are aligned with their specific therapeutic goals and life circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches, in various formats such as individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Continuously monitor and assess clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, employing appropriate de-escalation techniques and emergency protocols.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is completed promptly and accurately.

• Engage in routine communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic care approach.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field of mental health through regular professional development, research, and attendance at relevant workshops.

• Participate in supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and reflect on therapeutic practices.

• Adhere to the ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by the relevant licensing boards and organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Adorable Healing Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is integral in assisting clients in navigating their mental health journeys and positively impacting their long-term recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist with one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with proficiency in developing and implementing treatment modalities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening in therapeutic interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
