Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostics, utilizing clinical best practices to understand the needs of each client.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the specific challenges and goals of clients, tracking progress over time.

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, swiftly addressing acute mental health challenges and collaborating with emergency services or support when required.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards while documenting treatment updates and progress.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health issues and treatment options, empowering them with knowledge about community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid mental health license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
