Key Responsibilities\n

In your role, you will be expected to:

• Conduct one-on-one mental health counseling sessions through secure video chat platforms, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach.

• Utilize various evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to address individual client needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, outlining specific therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Guide clients in gaining insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while fostering open and trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Regularly monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to encourage the development of healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, and life transition issues. Your expertise will assist these individuals in acquiring the skills necessary to improve their overall quality of life, enhancing their personal growth and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, independent state-issued mental health counseling license, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW. Please note that we do not offer supervision for provisional or limited licenses.

• A strong foundation in ethical practice and a commitment to the highest standards of client care.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a capacity for empathy and active listening.

• Proficiency in technology, including reliable internet access and a computer equipped with audio and video capabilities for virtual sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with at least two years of relevant counseling experience will be given preference. Experience providing therapy in a virtual setting and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Clarity Counseling Collective offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Our benefits package includes:
