Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients’ mental health, developing individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to diverse client backgrounds.

• Implement ongoing treatment strategies with measurable goals, providing clients with necessary coping mechanisms and tools necessary for their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and confidentiality protocols.

• Coordinate care by making referrals to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and specialized therapeutic services when necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations professionally.

• Actively participate in case consultations and multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights and improve overall care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse population of clients, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders, among other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
