This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to perform your duties from the comfort and convenience of your own space. Our counseling practice leverages teletherapy platforms that facilitate seamless video sessions, fostering communication that transcends geographic boundaries. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling you to create a manageable schedule. Notably, there are no on-call responsibilities, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with individual adult clients, delivering evidence-based care tailored to their unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to create comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize technology to administer symptom self-assessments, track functional improvements, and review therapeutic progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in clinical consultation and receive support from your team, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to professional growth and development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work, holding a valid LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT license from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
