Key Responsibilities\n

• Identify and utilize agency resources, services, and systems effectively to meet client needs.

• Complete agency orientation, adhering to medical policies and procedures while collaborating with team members.
\n
• Prepare for client sessions by reviewing case notes and conducting detailed evaluations of client concerns.
\n
• Participate in small group supervision or supervision seminars, including reviewing recorded sessions and relevant research.
\n
• Maintain accurate client records in both written and electronic formats to meet compliance standards and facilitate seamless care.
\n
• Coordinate services with partner agencies, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Research and implement best practices for various assignments, enhancing service delivery and client outcomes as directed by supervisors.
\n
• Conduct consultations with clients and collaborate with agency professionals to develop effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Document case notes, assessments, and evaluations accurately and promptly.
\n
• Contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans (ITPs) tailored to clients' specific needs.
\n
• Support therapists in interpreting and scoring psychometric assessments effectively to guide treatment decisions.
\n
• Conduct supervision sessions in collaboration with the site supervisor to develop clinical skills further.
\n
• Participate in staff meetings and clinical gatherings to stay informed about organizational updates and clinical practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• State-required social work license (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
