This role is set in a remote work environment, allowing for flexibility and convenience. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional challenges, and psychosocial needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs and therapy goals, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
\n
• Provide effective therapeutic interventions throughout the treatment process, including individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy as appropriate.
\n
• Monitor clients’ progress closely, utilizing progress notes and documentation to track outcomes, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
\n
• Respond to crisis situations promptly and effectively, providing crisis intervention and support as needed.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Collaborate with various professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic care plan that addresses all aspects of a client’s health.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current in the field and improve clinical skills.
\n
• Participate in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical practice and adhere to the ethical guidelines set forth by licensure boards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a relevant field.

• Current licensure in Massachusetts as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, with demonstrated proficiency in creating treatment plans.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Knowledge of the ethical guidelines governing mental health practices in Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with potential bonus opportunities based on performance. Additional benefits include:
