Key Responsibilities\n

1. Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other frameworks tailored to the unique needs of your clients.

2. Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans, focusing on achieving measurable outcomes and promoting sustainable recovery strategies.

3. Provide timely crisis intervention and support, offering immediate strategies to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring their safety and stabilization during challenging times.

4. Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to meticulously document client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate and confidential management of sensitive information.

5. Work closely with a diverse interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, contributing to coordinated care strategies that enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.

6. Commit to ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest research, methodologies, and legislation impacting mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve individuals and families navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your work will allow you to promote mental health awareness and provide essential support to clients from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ populations, various cultural communities, and individuals facing economic hardships. Your ability to foster rapport with clients will play a critical role in their healing process.

Qualifications\n

1. A master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited university.

2. Current licensure as a LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in Washington State, or eligibility for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your expertise and dedication will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000.
