Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients to establish a solid therapeutic foundation.

• Deliver personalized individual and family therapy sessions based on client-specific needs, utilizing an array of therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations contributing to effective operational workflows.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to encourage clients' stable functioning.

• Collaborate with clients to create effective discharge plans that pave the way for continued success in their mental health journey.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, as well as NEHS policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and ethical practice.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through training and continuing education opportunities to enhance your competencies.

• Engage in case consultation and attend agency meetings, providing insight and support within a collaborative team atmosphere.

• Complete all necessary licensure requirements and any mandatory training to maintain your professional status.

Qualifications\n
