Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake evaluations to determine the mental health status of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients’ unique needs, mental health issues, and personal goals.

• Facilitate regular therapeutic sessions, using evidence-based methodologies to help clients address challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Employ culturally responsive therapeutic techniques to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively.

• Provide referrals to psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals when clients require additional support or medications.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
