Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments through video calls, utilizing tools and methodologies that adhere to evidence-based practices to accurately identify mental health needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that respond to the specific needs of individuals, families, and groups, ensuring they are effectively documented and communicated.

• Provide therapy sessions using a range of treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting your approach based on the client’s background and therapy goals.

• Engage collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals within our network, ensuring a multi-faceted approach to care that addresses both physical and emotional health.

• Offer crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, skillfully applying techniques to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support.

• Participate actively in community outreach programs aimed at mental health awareness, strengthening our community ties and promoting mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed therapist at Resole Your Life, you will work with an eclectic mix of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. This diverse patient demographic allows you to apply and expand your clinical skills while enhancing your cultural competency.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients from different backgrounds.

• A commitment to cultural competence, actively recognizing and addressing the diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic factors that affect mental health.

• Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applications from newly licensed professionals, successful candidates will ideally have experience in community mental health settings. Familiarity with telehealth technologies and methodologies will also be advantageous as we continue to serve our clients effectively from afar.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
