Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide telehealth counseling for individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs to develop individualized treatment plans that aim for measurable progress.

• Facilitate weekly group therapy sessions with a maximum of 8 clients, encouraging open discussions that promote peer support and shared experiences.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with state regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Engage in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians to enhance skills, collaborate on treatment strategies, and ensure a well-rounded approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health initiatives focus on supporting adolescents and young adults facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT. For junior-licensed professionals, we offer the opportunity for supervision as they work toward full licensure.

• Availability to work between 12 and 40 hours per week, depending on preference for either a 1099 contract or W2 employment structure.

• A commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse client population.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online therapeutic methods.

• Understanding of relevant clinical regulations and documentation requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive salary, our therapists benefit from access to free continuing education units (CEUs) to meet licensing requirements and enhance clinical knowledge.
