Key Responsibilities\n

• Build trusting and empathetic relationships with clients through active listening and consistent support during therapy sessions.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and intake interviews to understand each client’s individual needs, goals, and backgrounds.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that address the unique circumstances of each client.

• Regularly schedule follow-up sessions, maintain accurate documentation of therapy notes, treatment progress, and adjust plans as required.

• Participate in collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and connect clients with outside resources when needed.

• Engage in professional development initiatives to enhance therapeutic skills and remain updated with current trends in mental health counseling.

Your primary focus will be serving individuals and families, particularly adolescents, who are facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a closely related field is required.

• A valid state license in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Social Work is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience providing mental health services in a clinical or counseling setting.

• Proficient in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines set by mental health regulatory bodies.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

• Keen understanding of contemporary counseling methodologies, including trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioral techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
