Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A current license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health and/or integration counseling services, particularly within hospice or similar settings.

• Deep understanding of ethical standards, confidentiality practices, and the intricacies of mental health care.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to foster rapport and connection with clients and their families.

• Familiarity with contemporary counseling techniques and trends in mental health treatment.
