Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses through interviewing techniques and standardized assessment tools.

• Engage with clients in individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to meet their specific treatment goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and ensuring safety through effective communication and empathy.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations to support effective healthcare delivery.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and various healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care and seamless service delivery.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options, empowering them with knowledge of available community resources to aid in their recovery.

• Commit to continuous learning and professional growth by attending workshops, obtaining certifications, and participating in training sessions to remain up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications.
