Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing tools, maintaining a professional and therapeutic environment.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused approaches.

• Develop and regularly assess individualized treatment plans, collaborating with clients to identify personal goals and measure progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable, low acuity adults seeking support for various concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. The range of mental health needs allows you to engage with an array of unique individual experiences, fostering your personal and professional growth as a therapist.

Qualifications\n

• A Masters’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active, unrestricted state license to practice independently, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No disciplinary actions or provisional licenses will be considered.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong empathetic approach to client care.

• Proficient in computer literacy and telehealth technology, ensuring effective delivery of services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience with teletherapy or remote counseling is preferred but not essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your working hours and caseload. Additional benefits include:
