Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with patients through telehealth platforms. Our team fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, encouraging open communication and teamwork among mental health professionals. While maintaining flexibility to accommodate patient schedules, our operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some flexibility in scheduling may be necessary based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of each patient and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health challenges, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services efficiently and compassionately to support patients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions and outline treatment options, connecting them with relevant community resources.

• Document treatment progress and maintain accurate, confidential records in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities to further enhance your skills.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
