Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth initial assessments via secure video calls to identify client needs, preferences, and establish appropriate treatment plans aimed at achieving therapeutic success.

• Facilitate a variety of counseling sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, tailored to the unique dynamics and challenges of each client.

• Implement virtual tools for mental health screenings, systematically identifying areas of concern and determining the best methodologies for client support.

• Continuously collaborate with clients to understand their evolving goals and assess changes in their circumstances, ensuring their treatment plan remains relevant and effective.

• Engage with clients consistently through scheduled therapy sessions, where you will monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a broad spectrum of clients, encompassing adults, children, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health issues. You will also work with individuals experiencing co-occurring disorders or seeking support for substance use challenges, allowing for a multifaceted approach to treatment that acknowledges the complex nature of mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is required.

• Current active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong understanding of relevant counseling theories and methodologies, ensuring evidence-based practices are utilized in client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three to five years of direct experience in a clinical setting, working with individuals who have mental and behavioral health challenges is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
