Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health challenges during initial evaluations to identify areas of concern and treatment needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing a range of approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Document progress in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards while maintaining confidentiality of client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied population that may include adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• A valid independent license issued by the state board, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations and decisions regarding treatment planning and implementation.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic approach to client care.

• Strong proficiency in utilizing technology for teletherapy, with a solid understanding of electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While we're open to all qualified candidates, we prefer those with previous experience in remote therapy settings, as well as familiarity with diverse populations and trauma-informed care principles. Additional certifications in specialized treatment modalities are a plus.
