Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions to assess mental health needs, create treatment plans, and implement counseling techniques tailored to each client.

• Provide psychoeducation on various mental health issues, particularly perinatal mental health, ensuring clients receive comprehensive understanding and support.

• Facilitate consumer groups, promoting peer support and shared experiences, which enhances the therapeutic community.

• Engage actively in case conferences, staff meetings, and training sessions to foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with clients' families, significant others, and other support systems to build a comprehensive care network.

• Maintain regular contact with local agencies and civic organizations to advocate for clients' social service needs, ensuring they have access to necessary community resources.

• Work with volunteers and interns to enhance the offerings of the Center, aligning activities with the needs of clients to improve their mental health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and perinatal challenges. You will play a crucial role in offering compassionate support and guidance to clients both during challenging times and in their journey towards recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the State of Washington.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
\n
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing mental health counseling through virtual platforms is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, depending on your caseload and experience.
