Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will take on a variety of critical roles, including:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to gather diagnostics that inform personalized treatment plans, including but not limited to GAINs, LOCUS assessments, crisis planning, and thorough clinical summaries.

• Developing therapeutic modalities tailored to the client’s specific needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery from mental health disorders, substance abuse, and emotional distress.

• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, law enforcement, and social service agencies, to ensure integrated care and seamless referrals for additional services.

• Maintaining thorough documentation and case notes in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with state regulations.

• Participating in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss cases, enhance treatment strategies, and share insights with colleagues.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
