Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive one-on-one video therapy sessions to assess and treat clients, tailoring evidence-based interventions to meet their unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include adults with a variety of stabilizing mental health issues. Our population is characterized by low-acuity conditions, allowing you to focus on providing targeted behavioral health interventions that enhance coping skills and life satisfaction without the pressures of crisis management.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related counseling field.

• One of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Proven ability to leverage technology effectively for remote counseling, demonstrating strong computer literacy skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year depending on experience and hours worked. Additionally, full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend, contributing towards your well-being and self-care.
