Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and programs for a wide range of mental health issues.

• Monitor client progress through assessments, documenting session notes, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect ongoing needs.

• Assist clients in navigating healthcare resources, completing consent and authorization forms to facilitate seamless care transitions.

• Evaluate and manage high-risk client situations, employing best-practice protocols to ensure client safety and welfare.

• Engage in regular supervision and collaborative meetings to discuss case progress, share insights, and enhance therapeutic practices.

• Comply with all HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, maintaining strict confidentiality and participating in required annual training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Your approach will be grounded in evidence-based modalities, allowing you to provide tailored support that respects each individual’s unique experiences and needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Possession of a current and unrestricted license as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Availability to maintain a consistent work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, to accommodate client needs.
