Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one telehealth sessions with clients, utilizing video conferencing platforms to facilitate engaging and effective conversations about their mental health.

• Encourage clients to express their feelings and experiences, fostering a safe environment for self-exploration and personal insight.

• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them to identify and articulate their personal goals for therapy.

• Assess the mental health status of clients and design individualized treatment plans that employ evidence-based, solution-focused methodologies, leveraging your clinical knowledge and experience.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other professionals and contribute to an interdisciplinary team approach to ensure comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adults who are experiencing stable and low-acuity mental health issues. Clients may present with a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid and independent licensure in Washington State as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong proficiency in utilizing technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and workload. In addition, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support their physical well-being.
