Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical, evidence-based individual counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a compassionate approach tailored to client needs.

• Utilize solution-focused and other therapeutic modalities effectively to facilitate treatment sessions aimed at achieving client goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific challenges and leverage client strengths, reviewing and adjusting these plans as necessary based on progress.

• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotional, social, and behavioral experiences, enhancing their self-understanding and ability to cope.

• Measure and monitor client progress towards treatment goals, serving as a guide in the development of healthy coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Expertise in one or more therapeutic modalities is highly preferred, particularly those focused on solution-based interventions.
