Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, documenting findings through clear and concise case notes.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, selecting appropriate therapeutic interventions based on their unique needs.

• Utilize and interpret Psychometric assessments to support ongoing therapy and provide meaningful insights into client progress.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions with a site supervisor, enhancing your clinical skills and providing accountability in practice.

• Participate in staff and clinical meetings, contributing to team discussions and sharing insights to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

• Licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.

• A clean professional record with no history of medical malpractice claims confirmed by a third party.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and able to adapt to a remote working model.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using telehealth platforms effectively in a clinical setting.

• Prior work in community mental health or similar environments is highly advantageous, particularly experience with underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
