Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality remote care through evidence-based therapeutic programs tailored to individual client needs.

• Monitor and assess participant progress by providing follow-up communications, care coordination recommendations, and detailed documentation of session notes.

• Actively participate as a member of the interdisciplinary care team, assisting clients in accessing necessary resources and understanding consent and authorization processes.

• Identify and manage high-risk participant situations with elevated safety concerns, following established protocols to ensure client safety.

• Engage in regular meetings with supervisors, monthly team discussions, and company-wide Town Halls to ensure alignment on care goals and objectives.

• Uphold strict confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance with ongoing training requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population dealing with various mental health challenges. With the focus on providing actionable skills and encouraging healthy, lifelong habits, you will employ structured, evidence-based protocols to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent state credentials.

• Ability to commit to a consistent client schedule, maintaining a full caseload (40 hours/week, Monday through Friday).

Preferred Experience\n

• Clinical experience with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as other solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
