Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate the mental health status and needs of clients, focusing on effective diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational guidelines.

• Tailor and implement personalized treatment strategies that may include traditional therapeutic methods as well as alternative approaches, ensuring the best fit for each client’s unique situation.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions through a hybrid model that engages clients via telehealth, offering flexibility based on client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counseling services provided will primarily focus on individuals affected by cancer, including patients at different stages of their treatment journey—from diagnosis through survivorship. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current and valid licensing as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• No history of medical malpractice claims, confirmed through a third-party verification process.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
