Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to individual circumstances.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health research and incorporate relevant findings into therapeutic practices to enhance client care.

• Engage in collaborative care by working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain all ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to professional guidelines at all times.

• Facilitate support groups and educational workshops for both patients and their caregivers to provide community resources and psychoeducation.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to continually enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on supporting cancer patients at various stages—from diagnosis to survivorship. As a counselor, you will address concerns related to treatment, end-of-life decisions, and emotional wellbeing while providing a compassionate approach that fosters hope and resilience in clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
\n
• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified through third-party checks.
\n
• Authorized to work in the United States.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, with the final offer depending on the counselor's experience and caseload management. In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
