Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to stay informed about best practices and team strategies.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions using telehealth technologies, focusing on client needs, and engaging with family members or significant others when necessary.

• Assess client needs and develop tailored action plans, ensuring referrals to community-based resources and social service programs are made as required.

• Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, facilitating a consumer advocacy role to enhance client resources and service accessibility.

• Collaborate with interns and volunteers to plan and promote activities that support client goals and enhance their well-being.

• Network with potential referral sources, including inpatient facilities and outpatient community organizations, to ensure a steady intake of clients needing mental health support.

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing perinatal mental health challenges, which may include depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and caseload.
