Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver remote therapeutic care through structured, evidence-based programs tailored to individual client needs.

• Monitor client progress diligently, documenting session notes, providing follow-up communications, and making care coordination recommendations to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Engage as a proactive member of the care team, assisting clients in navigating access to resources and obtaining necessary consent and authorization forms.

• Identify and respond effectively to high-risk situations with heightened safety concerns, adhering strictly to established company protocols to ensure client safety.

• Participate in regular supervision meetings, monthly team check-ins, and organizational Town Halls to foster communication and collaboration.
\n
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and comply with HIPAA privacy and security policies, completing annual training requirements to maintain licensing standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. You will employ various therapeutic techniques to help clients develop actionable skills and establish healthy, lifelong habits, making a significant difference in their lives and the lives of their families.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in your state.

• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, to accommodate client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience conducting psychotherapy using clinical methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other solution-focused therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
