This position allows for 100% remote work, catering to the increasing demand for accessible mental health services. As part of our dynamic team, you will enjoy flexible scheduling within standard business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our telehealth infrastructure is designed to support seamless interaction between counselors and clients, ensuring effective communication and personalized care delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, identifying their needs and facilitating appropriate referrals to community-based support services.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific psychosocial stressors, drawing from a comprehensive understanding of mental health conditions, trauma, substance abuse, and family dynamics.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow mental health professionals to discuss client cases, share insights, and ensure holistic care that promotes favorable outcomes for families.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health challenges, coping strategies, and available resources, to enhance their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

You will be working with clients facing a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship conflicts, all within a crisis-driven environment. Your role is essential in fostering connections and resilience, aiding clients in navigating their paths to recovery and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Psychologist in Washington State.

• Demonstrated experience in providing empathetic and effective counseling services to a diverse range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
