Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, histories, and aspirations for treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the specific challenges and goals of each client.

• Document clinical findings, treatment progress, and any changes in the client’s condition diligently, maintaining complete and accurate electronic health records.

• Facilitate telehealth counseling sessions, employing evidence-based approaches to engage clients and monitor their progress in real-time.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare providers, sharing insights regarding clients’ psychosocial stressors to create integrated care pathways.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families regarding available community resources and services.

• Engage in regular peer supervision and participate in professional development workshops to maintain licensure and enhance your skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• Demonstrated experience in providing telehealth counseling services to a diverse clientele, with a well-rounded understanding of mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
