As a member of our organization, you will engage in regular team meetings and interdisciplinary conferences to discuss client progress and share insights and strategies. This role requires participation in after-hours on-call services on a rotational basis, ensuring that our clients receive continuous support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, including diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and crisis intervention strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide both face-to-face and telehealth therapeutic sessions, maintaining the highest standards of care and confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, offering support and strategies to address issues such as low self-esteem, addiction, and suicidal ideation.

• Facilitate ongoing communication with clients’ families, contributing to monitoring behavioral changes and treatment responses.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR) to track client progress and enhance service delivery.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and seminars to stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.

• Support and supervise junior therapists and interns, fostering a culture of mentorship within the organization.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, contributing to integrated care solutions for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a human services-related field is required.

• Current licensure in the District of Columbia as an LPC, LICSW, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
