This position is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technology to conduct sessions and provide support. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the psychological and emotional needs of clients, facilitating effective treatment planning.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on individual assessments and evolving client needs.

• Regularly monitor and document each client’s progress, maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records that inform ongoing treatment.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources and services, ensuring clients receive holistic support tailored to their circumstances.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to discuss clients' psychosocial stressors, optimizing care coordination and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your counseling efforts will be broad, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and family dynamics related to substance abuse and domestic violence. You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from varying socioeconomic backgrounds, and adolescents dealing with familial or developmental challenges. Your expertise will be vital in guiding these individuals toward healthier coping strategies and sustainable improvements in their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
