Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs) tailored to each client’s unique needs, evaluating progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with treating therapists to interpret and score psychometric assessments, providing valuable insights that inform client care.

• Conduct supervision sessions alongside site supervisors, ensuring high standards of practice and compliance with clinical guidelines.

• Participate in regular team meetings, offering constructive input and sharing best practices with clinical staff members.

• Identify and leverage internal resources, services, and community systems to enhance client support and treatment effectiveness.

• Guide new team members through agency orientation, policies, and procedures, fostering a sense of belonging and clarity from their first day.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
