Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to help improve their mental health.

• Facilitate open discussions about clients’ emotions and life experiences to foster self-awareness and insight.

• Act as an advocate for clients, guiding them as they define their mental health goals and work towards achieving them.

• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate a solution-focused approach.

• Document client progress and treatment efficacy accurately and comprehensively in our electronic health record system.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and coordination of services.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on adult clients who may be dealing with stable, low-acuity mental health issues. Your work will address a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Proven computer literacy and comfort with digital tools for remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, contingent upon experience and hours worked. To further support our counselors, we provide a monthly healthcare stipend that covers various health-related expenses.
